Thank you for choosing Dates & Places. Because each of our pieces is created and printed specifically for you only after your order is placed, we ask you to carefully review our return policy.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured or modified according to the consumer's requirements. Dates & Places products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically with your chosen design and size.
For this reason, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for reasons such as mind-changing or choosing the wrong size. We strongly encourage you to consult the Size Chart provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you received is defective, the print quality is poor, or you received the wrong item, we will of course take full responsibility:

Please contact us immediately (within 14 days of receiving your order) at: datesnplaces@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect product.

If the claim is verified as a manufacturing error, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
Cancellations and Changes
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the production phase (usually within a few hours), it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
