The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period In accordance with Finnish Consumer Law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without justification.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at [DATESNPLACES@GMAIL.COM] with your order number. Once your return is acknowledged, we will provide you with the return address in Finland. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs Please note: The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Manufacturing Defects As our products are printed specifically for you, we maintain strict quality control. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the issue. In cases of confirmed manufacturing errors, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges Due to our Print-on-Demand model, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order through the store.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
