Shipping policy

Archival Production Process At dates and places, we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. This means your item is not sitting in a warehouse; it is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach allows us to reduce textile waste and maintain the archival quality of our garments.

Estimated Timelines

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be printed and quality-checked.

  • Shipping Time (Finland & EU): Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.

  • Total Estimated Arrival: Most customers receive their order within 7–11 business days.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer flat-rate shipping within Finland and the European Union.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your item is handed over to the courier (e.g., DHL, DPD, or Posti), you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Customs and Import Duties

  • Finland & EU: Since our fulfillment partners are located within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered within the EU.

  • International (Non-EU): For orders outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply.

Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to us because it was not collected from a parcel terminal or the address provided was incorrect, the customer is responsible for the costs of re-shipping the item.
